Microdosing is taking small (micro) amount of psychedelics. With Earth Resonance you microdose with a natural source of Psilocybin. This occurs naturally in fungi and mushrooms and is known as "magic mushrooms" or "magic truffles". Magic Truffles are also called Sclerotia.

Sclerotia is part of the network that fungi (Mycelium) form at specific stages of their life cycle. When winter arrives, it retreats to the soil to survive and form sclerotia from the mycelium. It fills with nutrients, water and fungal spores so that it can survive in extreme environmental conditions, cold, dry or wet weather until the favorable growth conditions return. After this, a mushroom can form. With Earth Resonance we only use the Sclerotia.

Natural Psilocybe is a Psilocybin containing sclerotia, also known as "magic truffle". The species is known as Psilocybe Pajateros. Our sclerotia contains various plant alkaloids traditionally used for sacred ceremonies and spiritual healing for transcendence.

Lion's Mane is an extract of both the fruit body and the mycelium of the Wig fungus (Hericium erinaceus). Bioactive substances include polysaccharides, Hericenones and erinacins.

We recommend taking Psilocybe in the morning. It is absorbed fastest on an empty stomach. You can also blend it into your smoothie, chew it raw or in your tea. If you want, you can also to take it in the evening. 

For deeper trauma, emotional processing or changes in your life, we recommend working with a coach. This is more suitable to go in depth and provides the support you need to get started. We recommend undergoing 3 cycles of 30 days (6 months in total) for best results with microdosing and processing.

Natural Psilocybe - 30 days Protocol How long, follow our 30 day Protocol to get started. After this you take a month of rest. How often you can microdose all depends on your intentions and how committed you are in following our protocol. Unfortunately, we cannot comment on how it will work for you specifically.

We can help you with our 30-day protocol: 

• Intentions: set the intentions to work on blockages.
• Journal: Write down what you want to achieve, how you feel, and what is holding you back from achieving it. 
• Evaluation calendar: assess your state of being, based on the intentions that have been set. 
• Breathwork: Practice focusing on the breath. 
• Meditation: connect with the body, release tensions, negative thoughts and energetically recharge yourself.
• Avoid: smoking, drugs, alcohol and caffeine 

If you are looking for more focus and creativity in combination with the Protocol, one cycle will have immediate results. If you want to dive deeper into your subconscious and more serious mental challenges for inner harmony, we recommend microdosing up to 3 cycles (6 months in total). The intention is to always take a month of rest, this is called the integration period. 

No, this is not the intention. If you feel a physical effect in your body such as physical sensations, perceptual disturbances or an overwhelming feeling of fatigue, then you have reached the plateau and the dose is too high. Follow our Protocol for proper guidelines and dosage. 

Immediately upon receipt, you must store the Natural Psilocybe in a moisture-free place in the refrigerator. It is useful to put a kitchen paper in the packaging, if condensation occurs, it will absorb into the paper. Touch the sclerotia as little as possible so that no external bacteria can get to it.

Lions Mane can be stored at room temperature. 

Unfortunately, you can no longer consume the Psilocybe. This happens when the Sclerotia is stored in unfavorable conditions. This is usually due to the status of the fridge, where we sometimes still see that it is due to the hygiene of the fridge.

Most of the time it has another reason, to much moisture in the fridge... how? We advise to look at the air filter/drainage hole of the refrigerator, we often see when mold occurs quickly that the circulation of fresh air in the refrigerator is somewhat blocked by signs of use in the condensation hole of the refrigerator.  The solution will probably be to use for example a toothpick to clear some space in the air ventilation hole. Our sclerotia is freshly grown every week, and is known for its high quality and can even be stored in good storage conditions for several months longer than our packaging indicates.

This is the natural oxidation process that takes place, the sclerotia is still good to consume. If in doubt, you can take a picture and send it to questions@earthresonance.com.

if you have alot left, you can dry your Psilocybe. Please find below a description how to do this:

1. Put the sclerotia on a kitchen paper, all separated pieces, don’t let them touch each other

2. Put a second kitchen paper on top of them, so all the moisture will be absorbed.

3. Put them in a dark place without sunlight

4. To speed up the process you can use a fan or blow dryer on a low modus. Don’t use any heat, because this will damage the psilocybin.

5. Let them dry for 72 hours.6. They can lose up to 50% of moisture. Please make sure you adapt your dose and half your dosage, because they are more concentrated and stronger when they are dried.

*Attention: for hygiene purposes we recommend using gloves to prevent bacterial growth

** You can store them, if dried and in a dark space for 3 months. Please note that they are hard when they are dry. If you want you can grind them and capsulte them yourself.

We do not recommend the following foods as they can cause headaches and reverse effects. Tyramine: Found mainly in fermented foods such as: aged cheese, kombuchas, overripe bananas. Caffeine: coffee, energy drinks and tea containing caffeine. Alcoholic beverages. Avoid junk foods and artificial sweeteners.

We recommend that you do not use any other drugs during your microdosing month. It is important to stop taking other drugs 3-7 days in advance so that the body can rest and come into natural balance. 

In connection with contraindications, we advise against starting our Protocol in combination with your current medication (antidepressants) / medication use. This is not a good combination and can cause side effects (stimulation of neuroreceptors). Consult your doctor for the best tapering method. As soon as you have stopped you can start after three days. We do not diagnose. We do, however, offer the opportunity to get started with our Protocol under the guidance of a coach who offers you the right support during your cycle. 

The medications recommended for ADHD cannot be associated with the microdosing cycle. Our customers experience very good results without medication using our followed protocol. Ritalin (methylphenidate) acts, among other things, on the D2 dopamine receptors and neurons in the amygdala (this regulates stress and emotion, among other things). The drawbacks and consequences are that it can be addictive and confuse the amygdala and cause anxiety and nervousness.

Many customers who have started with Earth Resonance and have been diagnosed with ADHD (including our co-Founder) experience that the microdosing helps to give more balance and peace of mind. In addition, it is also experienced that more focus and concentration can take place. We recommend taper off with Ritalin before starting your microdosing cycle. Please consult with your doctor if you would like to know how to start tapering off. A tip that we would like to give you is to start with meditation at the beginning or end of your day. The body scan as described in our Protocol is a good start.
