Unbox your kit

Your kit holds the pouch, the micro scale and your Protocol guide. Pull the plastic strip from the battery compartment at the back of the scale, then scan the QR code on your guide to get started.

Weigh your dose

Follow your Protocol and start with 0.3 grams. Do you weigh more than 80 kg? Then start with 0.5 grams, and find your personal sweet spot from there.

How much do I take, and how often?

You weigh your own dose between 0.3g and 1.5g with the included micro scale, and dose every other day during your 30-day Microdosing Cycle. Your Protocol guides you to find your personal sweet spot.

Will I feel high or tripping?

No. A microdose is sub-perceptual: it is far below a recreational dose. You go about your normal day. If you notice strong effects, your dose is too high for you and you scale down.

What should I avoid during my cycle?

No alcohol, caffeine or drugs during your cycle. Do not combine with antidepressants or other medication without consulting your doctor first.

I am completely new. Where do I start?

Beginners always start with the Starter Package or the Master Package. These include the full 30-days Protocol, the micro scale, and everything you need for a guided first cycle.
